I felt from the beginning that Joanie was sincerely committed to making my site a success. She cared about it as much as I did. So there was a kind of secure feeling of commitment. Next, Joanie seemed to be a very creative master of this craft, and quite customer-oriented at the same time. I was impressed that she asked me to describe the tone I wanted in three words, and she showed me how to search for images. Joanie got me involved . . ah, but I was smart enough to let her take the lead in creative direction! and that really paid off. Creativity - wow! Finally - and I am very big on this - she has been an excellent and timely communicator. She responds fast, and her instructions / suggestions were clear. In sum, then, what I have experienced in working with Joanie can be summarized in three words: commitment, creativity, and communication. (I am laughing now, because I really was not heading for “3 Cs” when I started this, but . . . that’s the way it turned out.)
